Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of services provided by W Whittier Mobile Mechanic. By scheduling a service or using our website, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services Provided

We offer mobile automotive services including:

  • Diagnostics and inspections
  • Brake repair and replacement
  • Battery testing and replacement
  • Oil changes and tune-ups
  • Other minor repairs and maintenance

Services are performed at the customer’s specified location.

2. Appointments & Payments

  • Estimates are free and valid for 15 days.
  • A confirmed appointment is required before service is performed.
  • Full payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.
  • We accept cash, major credit cards, or digital payment platforms.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a fee.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate vehicle details and location
  • Ensure a safe and accessible work environment
  • Be available during the scheduled time or provide necessary access

4. Liability Disclaimer

We are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing issues or undiagnosed mechanical problems
  • Delays caused by traffic, weather, or inaccessible locations
  • Any indirect or consequential damages

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service performed.

5. Warranty

We offer a limited warranty on labor for up to 30 days from the service date. This does not cover:

  • Damage caused by improper use or lack of maintenance
  • Failures related to non-serviceable or unrelated systems
  • Parts not supplied by W Whittier Mobile Mechanic

6. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service if:

  • Unsafe conditions are present
  • The customer is uncooperative or abusive
  • Payment terms are not met

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any legal action must be brought in a court located in Los Angeles County, CA.

8. Updates to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.
